- Commission on your salary
- We take nothing from you or an employer when you get hired.
- Setup or cancellation admin fees
- The monthly price and the early termination fee are the only charges that exist.
- Interview coaching
- We track and prepare you for the logistics. Coaching is someone else's craft.
Before you sign up — the commitment in full
- The service carries a 6-month minimum term, starting the day your first payment succeeds.
- You can cancel at any time, from your account, in two clicks.
- If you cancel before completing 6 months, a one-time early termination fee of $500 applies.
- That fee applies regardless of the reason — including if you get a job, change careers, move to another service, or decide to stop searching.
- After 6 months there is no early termination fee. The service continues month to month and you can stop any time.
- Cancel within three days of your first payment, before we have submitted anything, and we refund that payment in full and waive the fee.
