Acceptable Use Policy

The rules you agree to follow when using JaloApply.

1. Be truthful

You must not ask us to submit, or give us, information that is false or misleading. That includes inventing or overstating employers, titles, dates, degrees, certifications, licences, clearances, publications, achievements, references, citizenship or work authorization, salary history, or criminal-history answers.

If we find that information you gave us is false, we stop work immediately and may terminate the service.

2. Do not use us to deceive

You must not ask us to impersonate you in an interview, assessment, or identity check; to sign anything as you; to conceal a material fact an employer asked about; or to apply on behalf of anyone but yourself.

3. Respect platform rules

You must not ask us to bypass CAPTCHAs, anti-bot measures, rate limits, or access controls on any job platform, or to use a platform in a way you know its terms forbid.

4. One person, one account

Your account is yours. Do not share your sign-in or run someone else's search through it.

5. Lawful applications only

You must not use the service to apply for work you are legally barred from performing, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Treat our staff decently

Harassment, threats, or discriminatory abuse directed at our staff ends the relationship immediately.

7. Do not attack the platform

No probing or scanning our systems, no unauthorised access, no scraping, no interference with other clients' use.

8. How we enforce this

Depending on severity we may warn you, pause the service, suspend, or terminate. Where a breach looks inadvertent we normally raise it with you first. Where it involves falsified information or attempted deception we may act without notice, because continuing would expose you and us to liability.
