How it works
A search that runs without you having to run it.
Here is what actually happens, from the day you sign up to the day you sign an offer.
Day one
1. Setup
You create an account and spend about fifteen minutes telling us what you are looking for: target titles, seniority, industries, locations, whether you want remote, your salary floor, your work authorization, and any companies you would rather we skipped.
You upload your resumé and anything else that helps — a portfolio, certifications, a reference list. If your resumé needs work, your specialist rewrites it before anything goes out, and you approve the new version.
Day one to three
2. Your specialist reads everything
A person is assigned to your search. They read your history properly, build a picture of what you are actually good at, and write down the questions they will need answered — the ones application forms ask over and over.
Anything they cannot answer from what you have given them, they ask you once. That answer is saved, so you are never asked twice.
Ongoing, every day
3. Sourcing
We search job boards, company career pages, and postings that never reach the aggregators. Every role is checked against your hard constraints first — work authorization, location, salary floor — so anything that cannot work never reaches you.
What survives is scored and shortlisted. You see the shortlist in your account and can strike anything you do not want.
Per application
4. Preparation
Your resumé is adjusted to the posting where that genuinely helps, and left alone where it does not. A cover letter is written to the specific role, not from a template with the company name swapped in.
Screening questions are answered from your verified information. If a question asks something we have never been told, the application stops and we ask you. We do not guess and we never invent.
Your call
5. Approval
By default, nothing is submitted until you approve it. You see the exact resumé, the exact cover letter, and every answer, then approve in one tap.
If you would rather not approve each one, you can set rules — approve anything matching your criteria automatically — or hand over full trust. You can change your mind at any time.
Same day
6. Submission and evidence
We submit through whatever intake the employer uses. The submission is logged with a timestamp, the person who sent it, the documents used, and the confirmation received.
Recruiter replies land in a dedicated inbox for your search. They appear in JaloApply, attached to the right application where we can tell, and forward to your real email so you never miss one.
Until you are hired
7. Follow-up, interviews, offers
We track every thread, chase where chasing is appropriate, and keep the record of where each conversation stands.
Interviews are logged with the stage, time, and format. Offers are recorded with the numbers so you can compare them side by side when the moment comes.
Your control
You can stop any of it, at any moment.
Pause
Submissions stop immediately. Billing continues and the term keeps running, so use this for a holiday or a rethink.
Revoke authorization
Withdraw the permission that lets us apply on your behalf. Everything stops until you grant it again.
Cancel
Ends the service. Inside the 6-month term, the $500 early termination fee applies — we tell you the exact amount before you confirm.
Ready when you are.
Setup takes about fifteen minutes and your specialist starts the same day.
